Hi there, After much bidding - I just got the Marriott Courtyard Tremont (2.5*) in Downtown Boston for $100 for the night of June 21st. Prices seem to be really high in downtown Boston for this coming weekend (too bad our planning was so last minute)....I had hoped to get a 3 or 4 *, but I'm sure this will be ok.... Cheers, J
