Went back to Hotwire to see that there was the Sheraton for $199, but when i selected to buy it, the hotel was gone. Called the customer service and she said that they were upgrading their system and it most likely did not get updated on the website. She suggested i use Expedia. They listed the W hotel for $209. So, before booking i tried priceline one more time with 4* downtwon bids up to $190 with no success. Good news is that i finally booked a room, the W above. W's website lists room at 339/night, so i at least feel my efforts have not been for naught. thank you everyone for your guidance and assistance.

and the Saga continues. Bid in the 3* range from 100 - 125 by 5's for downtown. i don't know what is happening in seattle this specific weekend, but i will most likely book a hotel through the standard process and keep trying PRICELINE.

Since this is for one night, i didn't want to go crazy with costs. i decided to try and bid on a 3* for downtown. unfortunately I am having no success. Bids were placed starting at 70 and moving up to 95 in increments of 5. I will try again later and post with more information. Thank you for the links to other websites so at least i know that i can get A room if i need it.

Yes this is for Seattle, sorry. I logged back in and bid from 120-140 using free rebid zones. No luck :) Any suggestions? looking to spend under 200 total.

Used the PRICELINE link Noticed $120 wins on the board on same day, but I decided to try and gamble. Started bidding at 80 then used rebid zones 8 more times with the following (85, 90, 95, 100, 101, 105, 110, and 115). None were successful. I will now be waiting 24 hours to rebid and will repost with new information.

Using the PRICELINE link, I started bidding 4* USW, USE and FW at 80 using $5 increments up to $100 using free rebid zones. Since this is a holiday weekend and so close, I didn't want to go past $100/night. After reading some more, I was comfortable with a Boutique. So after logging in again, I started at $70, moved to $75 and hit at $80. Hotel website shows room for $167 so I'm extremely happy. Hello, after searching throughout this board i am looking for some HOTWIRE help. 7/11 - 7/13 3.5 * Hotel $62 / night Ammenities: Fitness Center, Business Center, Restaurant, and High Speed Internet. What has thrown me off is that no pool is listed and I cannot match the exact ammenities. Any help is greatly appreciated.
