I am trying to narrow down the results that I get for my search for reno.
Reno NV area.
July 17 2010- 1 night
2 adults 2 children
1 room
I am just looking for a safe clean room for the night before starting a trip with the family.
Using your HOTWIRE link, this is the highest star rating for the lowest price that I get when I search.
Sparks area 4*
Amenities: Bed Choice, Casino, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Hi-Speed Internet, Golf, Tennis,
Trip advisor 3.5*
Is this the 4* John Ascuaga's Nugget (in Sparks) (previously 3.5*)
Amenities: Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa
The amenities are different in the Nugget you show a spa and my results do not.
Thanks for any info you can supply

Early this morning I took a deal from HOTWIRE through your link that you said (on your Hotwire Hotel list for Canada) looked like Raddison Hotel & Suites Fallsview Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Interent, Business, Golf . Well you were right. That is exactly what we got and saved about $20 off other sites.
Tried but was unsuccessful at bidding on PRICELINE for a 4* and 3.5* in falls view area.
thanks
I think Ballys is a better quality hotel than the Flamingo... but the Flamingo has a better pool area.
I didn't realize that I left this undecided. We ended up booking through the hotel direct. I was able to get a good deal with a package they were offering.
I Just booked this hotel. You were right it was the Holiday Inn Belgrath.
I booked for 46.00 per night for one night July 11.
1 Adult and 2 children
Thanks for your help!
We just arrived home from our long weekend at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.
We had a great time. The pools were wonderful and the kids really enjoyed the lazy river at the Vacation Club next door.
We went over to the beach (hotel has a private boat that takes you over to their "Private" beach) several times. It takes a little time to go over but you are most likely to be blessed with the presents of Dolphins on the ride over.
We will certainly return. It was a great weekend.
Thanks
What is the $20 trick? I have been looking for information on this. Can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks

I just booked one for my parents too. Make sure that you have selected the "Resort" not the 4* option when you are bidding.
If that does not work it may be that they are not accepting it for those dates.
Good luck!

Are there any things that might give away the Flamingo, is it the price that makes you think Bally's. I was thinking that it would be a better chioce because of the pool. In as much as we can make a "choice" this way.
What is your opinion of Bally's.
Thank you

They only list the 7 things. I did notice that they dont have the Trip Advisor info on there anymore.
Thanks we will just go with a HOTWIRE since we can get the right price and will not have any hassle.
We are looking to spend <100 night before taxes and fees, hopefully on a central strip hotel.
Thanks
We are driving through Vegas this Summer (July 16 departing the 18th) and have never been there before. We are in our early 40's and will have two young teenagers with us. We want to see vegas but not really gamble (maybe a little) or do the shows thing but think we should stay on the strip the kids will want to do the coasters and see the place. We hae been looking at HOTWIRE to book but are not set on a hotel (3* or above) and just want one in a good location and for a good price. Since you have traveled there what are your recommendations on where on the strip and the quality? Thanks for any help!
