Romelle, thanks for your reply! Originally I was thinking Aug10-13 but now have revised to Aug8-12. I would like to be somewhere close to the Eiffel Tower, but read that the Eiffel Tower zone on PRICELINE extends pretty far. Any advice?

Started with $75 for 5* in City Hall/Manila Bay; added East Coast as re-bid zone - bid was accepted at $77. $190.11 for two nights after taxes and fees.
