Used the PRICELINE link through this site. Started a few days ago in the $60 range to try my luck but finally succeeded at $84. I stayed at the Edmonton Westin a couple years ago on a PRICELINE reservation and it was terrific.

I used the PRICELINE link through this site and got a compact for $33 after my initial bid for an economy for $30 was rejected. Still, that's a pretty good rate for a weekday rental considering Avis' rack rate is around $117.

Rejected. Added South Edmonton and rebid @ $85. Rejected. Added Edmonton Airport and rebid @ $93. Rejected. Added Edmonton (downtown) and rebid @ $95. Accepted at the Westin. I think this is a pretty good price. I was trying with PRICELINE in the $70 range but wasn't getting anywhere. I've been watching the HOTWIRE price for a little while now. It was at $89 and when it dropped today to $86, I said to heck with all the Priceline games and went for it. I used the HOTWIRE link through this site to get the hotel. Thank you so much!
