This site intrigues me immensely, but I'm apprehensive about attempting a bid. I have several questions that I hope someone with expertise can answer:
1. How far in advance should one bid for a room? (Our cruise is at the end of November.)
2. We stayed at AmerisSuites pre and post last time, but I would like to try Embassy or better as it will be a special occasion. What bid should I attempt for a ***hotel in the downtown Fort Lauderdale district?
3. Are these reservations cancellable if something goes wrong?
4. If I have someone else do the bidding for me (I noticed that option...) who would that be?
I know I have more questions, but that's all I can think of right now. I appreciate any help I can get. I got a super deal on our cruise and I am hoping for a good deal on the hotel. If the prices are good, maybe I can talk hubby into coming down a little sooner and starting our vacation early! Thank you!
