  1. Since i'm such a heavy BB user i'm a bit disappointed with this hotel. I saw the Hilton Suites for $43 and would have taken that in a heart beat over this hotel. Oh well - Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $43.00 Subtotal: $43.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $12.58 Total Charges*: $55.58 Hyatt Regency Orange County Disneyland Area 11999 Harbor Blvd Garden Grove, California 92840 714-750-1234
  2. I was hoping for the Marriott and got rejected at $65 for a 3.5* - added Hollywood and bid $69 and got upgraded to a 4*. Hopefully the Westin has good cheap parking across the street like the Marriott does - expensive parking could kill this deal but we'll see! Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $69.00 Subtotal: $69.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $17.40 Total Charges*: $86.40 Westin Bonaventure Hotel Downtown Los Angeles 404 S Figueroa St Los Angeles, California 90071 213-624-1000
  3. Branson is a sketchy place for a 3 star hotel. Hotwire is all over the place...never been to this residence inn but hopefully it is decent...This was a PRICELINE BID
  4. Bid $80 and used $5 bonus cash from My Rewards in PRICELINE - decent price given the rack rate is double.
  5. Seems to be a busy weekend and I prolly could have got lower but i was getting rejected all over for this amount for a 4* - just gives you some good guidance...
  6. i don't know if PRICELINE keeps track of prior bids but i have been pounding this site to get hotel rooms for memorial day weekend. i couldn't get $70 or $75 in Seattle or Bellevue. So this is the best I could do - i know some of you have scored some incredible low rates at the Westin.
  7. I am new to Coast Hotels - We'll see how they go but i can't complain too much about the price.
  8. followed past bids here - should be a decent place to stay
  9. Just an FYI - i tried $75 for the Westin in Seattle/Pike Place Area and also $75 for a 4* (hoping for the Hyatt) in Bellevue. Both were rejected. The Sheraton came up on the first bid - i'm just guessing you probably can get it for $55 - the Hilton didn't show up for me
  10. I've stayed here before it is a nice hotel - a bit far from the action on the Mag Mile but close enough to Grant Park and Soldier Field (if there's a game in town) Used the BB price.link link of course
  11. Bid $49 and first bid was taken - So maybe it could have been lower but decent price. Burbank - Universal City - Glendale 100 West Glenoaks Blvd Glendale, California 91202
  12. started at $45 in Redondo Beach, Lawndale and then LAX - nothing bit until the $50 bid...we'll see how the doubletree is
  13. was trying for the doubletree and got this? LOL - guess they are competitive
  14. couldn't get the holiday in Naperville for $34 so ended up here... Oak Brook - Downer's Grove 2111 Butterfield Road Downers Grove, Illinois 60515
  15. I was hoping for the Marriott Suites but i suppose this will do. Anyone know if they ding you for parking? And I'm sure this is there annoying resort fee per day. However, thanks to all who posted this isn't a bad base rate for this hotel
  16. ok i saved everyone a bit of work :) i started around $65 then $69, $72, 76 and finally $82 i was gunning for either the Hyatt or Hilton in the park area but to be honest this is a far better hotel. Note the nice lazy river, pools and of course the kick ass golf course. My kids are only 18 months old so they wouldn't know Mickey's face from Dave Leadbetter. Bidding was all for 4* hotels in the WDW area.
  17. Well i was gunning for the Courtyard and it rejected me at $39 and $42 so i went $45 and this is what i ended up with. This is certainly a 3 star hotel. In fact i'm not sure why the rating is so low. taxes and fees make it like $59 total but that's a small price to pay for a nice hotel in a redneck city
  18. First tried $35 and they threw me out like last year's prom dress. I then changed my dates to 2 nights - Jan 23 and 24 and they accepted my $37 bid. This seems like a nice hotel - we'll find out :)
  19. This is a decent business hotel i give it 2.5 stars - it use to be a small hospital so that is why the set up is so goofy. You have to go down 3 stairs from the lobby to get to the elevator - Only one of the elevators goes down to the spa - yes i did say down - it is two levels underground. It use to be the physical therapy pool for the hospital so this spa is ginormous - seats 25-30 people. They do keep it open 24 hours a day - but in the last couple weeks we have been there we noticed that at least half the time people turned off the spa with the emergency switch and that turns off the heater. it takes forever for it to warm back up. The major complaint is the valet parking - they were repainting the yellow markings on the parking garage one of the weeks we were there. Somehow someone got paint on the bottom bumper of our rental car. I brought this to the attention of the residence inn manager since I never could get a hold of Robert - who runs the valet parking. The Residence Inn manager claims the hotel has nothing to do with the parking - even though the hotel invoices you for the parking. Long story short - one of the valets claimed I was the one who damaged the car at a time that I was not even present at the hotel. He even went as far to create a damage ticket showing the date and time the damage occurred. Keep in mind that you may self park at this hotel - you just have to insist on it - Rates are 22 a day + LA's ridiculous 10% tax. I could not find any parking elsewhere - Office Depot is right next door but I'm not sure if they allow you to leave your car overnight. Be very careful with the valet - inspect your car all around it every time you pick it up if you use it. The rates are good at this hotel - even with all its quirks. But compared to other Residence Inns - this is not nearly as accomodating.
  20. i saw prior bids from other better bidding members - so it was easy to pin for Sunday. Priceline's extend your stay wouldn't let me and subsequent bidding up to $65 per night was unsuccessful for the week so I didn't stay here beyond Sunday. I am going to try the cheap parking across the street. Marriott's rates are ridiculous...and of course i used the PRICELINE link :)
  21. thanks for this Priceline Win hotel info from Jasmine - just booked the same hotel november 11-12th at the same great rate of $55 per night - that's hot! :)
  22. I guess this beats buying a condo down in Scottsdale - if a 4* room is $65 a night - I'm going to be doing this for a while... :)
