  1. It looks like the Grand Wailea. If you can get the Marriott for 299, why pay excessive HOTWIRE fees for the Grand Wailea @ 316? The Fairmont ist @ 249 with Friends & Family promo.
  2. Here's a spoiler: Buy an Entertainment Book for hawaii and get this hotel for $72 + tax. Including generous cancellation policy. You can buy a 2009 Entertainment Book for $15. But: Nothing is quite as fun as winning a hotel on priceline!
  3. The amenities: Near Beach Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Laundry Facilities Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby I looked at 9/3/09-9/8/09 and the price was $85. Thanks for your help.
  4. Thanks for your help. The reason why I did not want to bid more than $185 (plus tax and what not) was that that there is a risk that we may end up at the Wynn. I know that this is an excellent hotel, but you can get that for less than $200 + tax. So I did not want to overpay for the Wynn. This in mind, it boiles down to being willing to pay $50+tax and be sure to stay at the Venetian or to gamble and perhaps overpay for a stay at the Wynn. And given the situation that the Venetian regular price for the is around $600, $236 is more than a 60% discount!
  5. Hey, it didn't work. However, EasyClickTravel offers a hotel with Venetian suites for $236 for the travel dates. This seems a pretty good deal to me. TT
  6. Aight, let's say about $180 to $185 max. Thx.
  7. Hey, we're looking into visiting LV from Jul/6 to Jul/8. We'd like to stay in a 5* hotel in the north vicinity. All we need is a room for two. How high should we expext to bid? NB: It should be significantly below $200. Cheers! TT
