Could you explain it? Priceline did not tell me what star hotels were located in the zone I applied for, I looked all over the site. When I clicked on the zone and then went to the next screen, it didn't say anything related to this. I do understand the concept, but I'm not sure if Priceline is doing what it's supposed to on the foreign countries.

PLEASE NOTE: read the tripadvisor commentary on this hotel, seems pretty far from city center. Not sure if I would have bid on a 4 star in eiffel zone if I knew I was going to be so far from everything. Will comment on my visit on tripadvisor afterwards. I tried yesterday and today, with my gf trying also. I don't understand the tips on this forum regarding picking a zone that doesn't have the star of the hotel that I am bidding for. I followed the instructions but there was no indication of a zone/star rating.
