I opened bidding at $50, no luck. I tried $55 and got rejected. :) Finally got some love at $60. :o Minimum charge on the Intercontinental website is $139 for a standard King room. I have no idea who pays these prices. I forgot to use the link on this site to buy my room. :) I'll have to remember next time.

Started bidding at $50 and worked my way up to $70 on Jan 31, 2008. I got the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport North for $70 for 1 night with the option to extend my stay at that price. Not the best deal but oh, well. $70/night vs $229.00/night.

First $50 bid on Jan 22, 2008 accepted. :) Called soon after to confirm reservation and king bed. King bed was confirmed, but the person who answered could tell it was a priceline reservation and would not honor a request for a harbor view instead of the freeway. :)
