  1. this hotel is better than the 7 rating it gets, except for the restaurant which was awful
  2. had an extra 7% off offer that was going to expire. bid $75 Canadian was rejected rebid at $80 and was accepted.
  3. PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal chose this one because they had bed choice of 2 doubles available Free Internet (in Room) Pet Friendly Indoor Pool Non-Smoking Gym Restaurant Handicap Accessible Business Center
  4. Had stayed at the Doubletree Hilton the previous night(but on a direct booking) needed to extend the stay, so ended up with the usual Delta, nicely updated rooms
  5. Booked this PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for school break next year. Didn't bid because there were some less desirable properties available
  6. I think I figured it out. good chance it is the Coral Princess. I did a search for different dates and this is the only 3.5 star with 8+ rating that shows up in priceline's conventional listings
  7. Mar 11 2017 to Mar 12 2017 $101 Guest Favorite Free Parking Business Center Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center This has probably not been id before. Priceline does not list any 3.5* hotels with 8+ ratings in there conventional hotel search so I have no idea what this might be.
  8. Not any options that I like. I am just surprised that the deal keeps showing up. I would expect them to remove the deal if their inventory hs been exhausted.
  9. I have been using biddingHelper to look for a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal on a 5* Cancun Hotel Zone for Mar 11 2016 to Mar 20 2016. I found what I believe is the Fiesta Americana for $101, when I attempt to book, Priceline comes back with the message" not available due to changing inventory " I have tried several times to book over the last week from a single night on Mar 11 to a seven night stay Mar 12 - 19. I am always getting the same message. The express deal continues to appear but remains un bookable. Any Suggestions?
  10. Express deal was $67 It is an additional $15 canadian for self park
  11. Rate dropped 8 days out Hotel doing renovations. Got upgraded to "honeymoon suite" for free. I think they should have paid me to take it, as the suite definitely needs fixing up especially the bathroom shower,
  12. Hi If you are referring to the Marriott REN, then I don't think this method will work as they list Children's Activities for this resort, so it would not be Adults only
  13. hi thanks, we decided to go a different route
  14. with the full amenity list, it looks like it might be the Sheraton? any thoughts
  15. from the BiddingHelper.com site the price is $91 with the following:(why couldn't I see these on my HOTWIRE results page?) Pet friendly Indoor pool(s) Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Internet access Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower
  16. forgot to mention that it is Toronto Downtown west
  17. looking at this hotel 2 adults and 2 children 4* DT west 85% approved $89 US Dec 2/13 for 1 night Pet friendly Indoor pool(s) Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Internet access What might it be?
  18. PRICELINE EXPRESS deal was $41 I bid $30 then $33 then $35 and finally accepted at $41. I expected the Hilton since it didn't have the breakfast icon
  19. express deal was $53 I bid $39 then $43 then $45 with counter offer of $55, then $46 and again counter offered at $55
  20. Express deal was available for 4 nights at $159. But not available for 3 nights. I started at $130 and bid up, rejected at $149. I had bid up to $160 for 3 nights but was not successful. I am sure that this is related to universal offering higher discounts for more days. total cost $695 compared to $738 with the express deal. Not a huge amount of savings but covers 2 days parking. It was also good to know that priceline doesn't have any non Universal 4* in the zone
  21. had $7 bonus so $61 +7 was the bid. I started lower and bid up by $1
  22. Had been bidding for 3.5* for a few days. Started from $60 and bid up to $67 getting $15 counteroffers each time. All rejected. Yesterday I bid $50 and rebid at $58 following another $15 counteroffer. Bid accepted at Hilton. Obviously the Hilton updated their PRICELINE rates.
  23. Bid over 2 days using 3 free rebids starting at $41 and going up $2 per rebid Successful on the 1st bid of day 2
