I recently started at $75, made it up to $99, was asked if I wanted to raised it by $25 I could re-bid. Declined and went to $103, before I was redirected for the second time as described above. Started at $75 and was going to work my way up with 11 re-bid zones. Instead of asking me to re-submit, it took me out to the regular hotel list, and took away the name your own price tab??? Happy to say I hit 2 rooms 1/19 at the Radisson for $135 each for the night, Total was $324, which is $40 less that the ONE room we had booked there as a back up!! :) Used savingsbarn link for all my attempts. Thanks

Thanks. There are not too many 3* listed in Dorado when doing a general internet search. I'm assuming :) that it would most likely be the Embassey Suites or the connected Golden Sands Villas? I might give priceline a shot if HOTWIRE has the $215/night property listed at $189.

In comparison to all the other rate listed on the page, it doesn't make sense that it would be an overnight rate :) . Although perhaps if I won a room off priceline I could use it as a low price guarantee as in the other post? I called Hilton customer assistance, the business planner rate is for "travel agents" per the agent I spoke with, She stated they have a special card for ID? Will keep trying. :)

Has the Hilton in Ponce ever come up on hotwire? Any other resort zones come up on Hotwire? I've bid up to $130 a couple of times a month for the past 3 months with no luck. Both resort zons are acceptable however I would prefer the Rio Grande - Humacao zone just too see more of PR. Will review the support page, booked that back up months ago though.

I have a back up booked, the Hilton resort/golf in Ponce for $189/night. So If possible I would like to improve on this $$$. Is $130 again wishful thinking? When looking last year the Hilton in Ponce was won on priceline and sometimes went for under $100/night. Then in the spring 07 resort was dropped as an option in Ponce. We had already booked our airfare and planned on hanging around PR till Wednesday after our cruise gets back on the Sunday. The idea was to just unwind after a port intensive cruise, so a beach and calm water are what we are after, however we don't want these 3 days to cost more than the cruise!! thanks in advance.
