Searching 11/19 - 11/21 2010 and am shown a 3.5* hotel with the following amenities: Smoke free rooms Fitness Centre Pool Restaurant Business Centre High Speed Internet Spa An added clue is a 4 out of 5 Trip Advisor rating but it gives no indication of how many users or when the last entry was so it could be wrong. I can't find a single hotel site listing a 3.5 star hotel let alone a hotel with all of these amenities. Any help would be appreciated. It is the best price out there for a hotel with these amenities but the half star concerns me. Thanks.

A bit mad a myself for this one. I had intended to bid 4* but while checking rebid zones in Delray (which only has a 3*) I neglected to change back to 4 when bidding. Won at $ 50 /night on the first bid which is likely higher than needed. Still I have stayed here before and it is a fine hotel. I stay in the Lowell area frequently and can usually get a better deal but I guess Summer in New England. Tried 3.5*, 3*, 2.5* then settled on 2*. Changed prices at various levels. Usually I use priceline but needed to be close to the airport and with priceline in this area you can end up downtown. I was a bit surprised by this win. Priceline and a couple of other sites rate this hotel as a 2 star property. Hotels.com and Expedia rate it as 2.5 star. Amenities listed were complimentary breakfast and wireless internet only so it was difficult to guess. Just for one night so I'm sure it will be fine. Started with 4* Boca at $ 60 and was given the "if you'll raise by $ 17 we have a room for you". Usually I can bid up to get it but adding the two rebid zones and going to $ 69 did not work. Added 3.5* and though opening a new session was able to bid $ 55, 57 with no luck finally getting a win at $ 59. Perhaps I should have waited until closer to the date to duplicate the multiple $ 55 wins but there is value in knowing the booking is done. This was quite a win. Great hotel not to mention I sweet talked my way into a double suite upgrade in the tower where it should have been close to $ 300 / night for the two rooms. Parking was $ 8 / day but it really is a resort with multiple pools, laundry, restaurants, even mini golf. I had originally only won one night but enjoyed it so much we kept taking advantage of the extend your stay option. This created some hassles and forced me to move rooms once (still kept my suites). My first ever Priceline disaster. I arrived at the hotel to find that they were sold out and that Priceline had booked the rooms as smoking (we are non smokers and have an asmatic child that can't stand the smell). Even though the room was clean it was still obviously a smoking room so we elected to leave and go elsewhere. Priceline referred me to the terms and conditions and would do nothing for me. I know this is not a forum for complaints or reviews but it is worth reminding people that while hotels almost always help their guests, Priceline bookings are at the bottom of the barrell. This was another same day bid with lots of different attempts before I won this. I think it may actually be a 3.5 star property. A bit disappointing as there was no free internet and parking was $ 13 / day so it cost another $ 25 above the bid but still a win as it was $ 159 direct from Marriott. First bad experience I have had with PRICELINE from a cost view (see my recent Florida trip for my first problem). For some reason I just couldn't get a good deal Online price at this same hotel was $ 45 so I thought I'd at least save a few dollars BUT the final after taxes and fees price bidding through Priceline was higher than if I had booked direct plus I would have gotten frequent stay points. Oh well you can't win all the time but it is a lesson to not bid so close to the available on line pricing.
