This was an outstanding stay

Their airport shuttle was unavailable to collect us - so they comped us a taxi ride- we only waited less than 5 mins for it to arrive, my daughter noticed the bill was close to $50!

On departing the hotel- the starbucks lady (starbucks in the foyer) was a few mins late after 6am, while we were waiting for our 630am shuttle. she comped us our total coffee order , another $12 :)

and need advice on how to hopefully secure

the Novotel St Pancras which i have seen successfully bid for her in a number of threads.

any hotel in that area would be great, we are arriving on the eurostar from Paris on the 18th

I tried to use your board link to book, but it was not working for me :)

perhaps because I was booking from Australia!

However I do have some further bookings to make for Paris etc, so I will persevere :o

I am very happy, I could have had a 4* for $109 per night, but after reading reviews and board info it seemed more likely 3.5* was the Hilton, with way better reviews and cheaper.
