How convenient is Secaucus to get into NYC? Path?

I am looking to book 2 rooms in the Jersey City area for 2 nights 05/14/08 - 05/16/08. I tried to bid upto $90 for a 3* and 2.5*. Is there anybody who was successful at a rate that is slightly higher than $90? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I bid $60 for a 2.5 * room in the San Antonio downtown area and was successful. I got a room at Holiday Inn San Antonio Downtown-Market Square. Total expense including taxes is $77.64. The retail price for this room is $148. With taxes, it would be $172 on Travelocity. In a nutshell, pretty sweet deal from Priceline. Thanks.
