The Priceline hotel list for Ft. Lauderdale North has Courtyard by Marriott East. If you click on the link to the Trip Advisor review, however, you get Courtyard Cypress Creek (a different property). Which is the correct listing?

Checking Hotwire first, I could book 4* lower Manhattan for $120, so I figured that a try on Priceline at $100 was in order. My first bid was rejected, but after adding Chelsea (which has no 4* hotels) and raising my bid to $105, it was accepted! This is an absolutely unheard of price (from my experience) for this property, which we have enjoyed several times in the past. Bid was placed through PRICELINE link here.

The only 3 star on the Hotwire list is Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek. There is a $79 offering that came up today on HOTWIRE and what confuses me is that the listing is for 3* and yet, it says that Trip Advisor is 3 1/2 stars based on 20+ reviews. Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek definitely has 3* according to TA based on 70+ reviews. 3* Ft Lauderdale North 3/20 - 3/26 Amenities are: Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities High-speed Internet Access Traveler rating 3.5 out of 5 Based on 20+ customer reviews (Last reviewed January 2009) I'm totally confused....any thoughts?

Hotwire quoted $69 for 3* for 2/4 and 2/5 and there is not a 3* on the Hotwire hotel list. Any thoughts as to what this is?

still haven't made any decisions about Cancun. Given what appears to be a plethora of availability for 1/25 until 1/28, I will probably defer my decision until next week. We've stayed at Le Meridien twice and loved it, but would very much like to see Aqua appear on HOTWIRE. We'll just have to wait and see.....

Trip advisor rating is 4.5 overall (with a lot of 5's). I am unable to get the complete list of amenities, as the pop up screen that shows all of them is not displaying the complete list. I have tried to access it on a number of computers and the same problem exists with all of them!

I have been following pricing on HOTWIRE for 4.5* Cancun Hotel Zone North for Jan 25 - Jan 28. For the past several days, the price was $173 per night. Given that the only 2 properties that seem to fit tis category are Le Meridien and Aqua, I assumed that the $173 was for Le Meridien, which is a gorgeous property. Today, the price is $198. Does anybody have any sense whether this is still Le Meridien or might it be the more expensive Aqua?
