Killer deals for tonite at the last minute. Normally I don't wait, Many deals on PRICELINE EXPRESS 4* well under $200 in Millennium and Michigan Ave. Hope I can find comparable deals for tomorrow night when I get to Chicago. Good luck.

Good deal on hotwire at Hyatt at McCormick. Not the location I want, but will do it for $148 if no luck elsewhere. Just bid $166 4*, and $151 for a 31/2* with no luck.

Holding out for downtown since it is only one night and don't want a car. Bumped to $146, and $136, respectively. Long short until Friday. Not a win.

I could go higher, but these are already high rates. Might opt for the burbs, but would rather be downtown for under $135. Will just be patient or do a HOTWIRE deal. Booked Sunday night for $51 at the Rosement Hyatt since I have an early flight out.

Hotwire seems to alternate between this Hotel and the Doubletree. The Doubletree is better I think and they give you your Elite benefits at that particular hotel.

Like all of North Austin, the area is pretty poor. The staff are okay here and the rooms are pretty good. Equip in the workoutroom is much better than expected.

No dice with 4* $68, 3* @ $72 The Holiday inn was a 3* last time I booked it on PRICELINE.
