  14. So Update in my search for hotels for memorial day weekend I went as high as $285 for the keys and no luck...so I decided to try another location I just won the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort And Spa for 5/25/2012 to 5/28/2012 for $180/night Not sure about how great the deal is, the hotel looks OK but its way cheaper than key west. Thanks again for this board, I used the PRICELINE link for all my bids Happy travels
  15. FYI I have been trying to book a hotel for this memorial day weekend in the Fl. 19. Thanks to all the previous post I got a very good deal at my first try. We needed to stay Cambridge so I didn't have much of a choice. Bid $65 on a 4* Rejected Rebid $65 on a 3.5 Accepted Sweet and easy, I am happy with my Bidding, used the PRICELINE link of course :) I just read that this is being renovated and it should be finished on April 5th, 2010 so I hope I get a renovated room Thanks again for this forum!!! By far my first tool for all my travel needs :)
  20. Hi I just wanted to let you know that I bid for a 4* hotel for 3-21 to 3-22 I wanted the Eden Roc since we are going on a party on the Tikki Boat and I got it at a second try. I Started yesterday at $90 up to $115 and got rejected. Tried again today at $115 and was given that option message for a free bid to increase the bid for $30, which I denied. Added South Beach and bid $125 and got acepted :) And as always I used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link to make my purchase. The techniques I have learned in this forum are the best I do not travel anywhere without checking here first Thanks again for having the forum :) Rossi
  21. Ok I tried the following and I just got my hotel :) I added one area at the time with increments if $10 in each addition, selecting the 4* options Central Park South Chelsea Area Downtown - SoHo - Financial District Empire State Building Area Madison Square Garden - Convention Area Midtown East Midtown West Times Square - Theatre District Upper East Side Upper West Side Hotel Name: Millennium Broadway Hotel 145 West 44th Street New York, New York 10036-4012 212-768-4400 for 2 rooms $225 p/night per room Check-In Date: Friday, October 3, 2008 Check-Out Date: Sunday, October 5, 2008 I read on trip advisor that this hotel has some renovated rooms which are the ones on their website, and some rundown old rooms which certainly look not 4* at all.... I am planning to request the renovated rooms upfront to make sure we don't get stuck with the bad ones Thanks again for all your help , Rossi
