Needed a night in Kihei so I bid $67 on priceline and got it. I think the same hotel went for $75 on hotwire.

Hi All, I've been lurking here for a month and would like to share what I got for the Westin. I went through Savingsbarn.com and made a bid for Nov 9-13 at $125 a night and got rejected, after rebidding $135 by adding Kihei I got rejected again. I forgot to check the availability and found that Nov 9 was not bookable from the Westin website at SPG.com. So I was willing to go Nov 10-13, bidding $125 for a resort in Kaanapali-Lahaina. This was accepted. Thanks for all the info provided by the members of this forum. Time to look for a rental car now!
