Bid on a 3* through Priceline and you'll only get the options of Hilton, Radisson and Holiday Inn. All 3 are good for going downtown. Hilton and radisson are right on the river, but if you get the Holiday Inn, they offer a free shuttle service both ways until 1130 pm. - The most you'll have to bid is $70 on priceline and you will usually get accepted in the $50 range. Hotwire has alot more of what they consider to be 3star hotels in the city, and they also have a 3.5star range which makes it more confusing. The casino is the only 4star hotel in the city though, so if you see that for a cheap price then take it. If you accept a 3 star in the dt area from Hotwire, it will most likely be Quality suites downtown. Not the nicest place, but not horrible either. Anyways good luck getting what you are looking for.
