Courtyard Woburn (Mishawum Road) My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times over a 10 year period as this is very conveniently located for our annual visits to family and friends in the greater Boston area. This is our first time as a "Priceliner"($45/night for weekend of Sept15-16) I believe we got the Priceline experience at least as it to room assignment; request for 2 queens was ignored despite availability Staff was incredibly variable in competence, demeanor and ability to answer basic requests regarding bill Room was small and noise from the corridor heared throughout our stay This was a very different experience from our previous stays at this facility and may represent the lack of available staff in experience, training and number. For what its worth this is a Marriott owned and operated property not a franchise like The Courtyard at Unicorn Park The variable experience is problematic when bidding for 2.5* hotels in this area but probably will not stop us from priceline bidding in the future as the price and location is great for us

Recently stayed at both Courtyards in Woburn on successive weekends This one, the Northshore Woburn Wakefield North on Unicorn Park Dr, was won on a Priceline bid of $50/night This property is a franchise; owned and operated privately Hotel is conveniently located near I-93 about 7 miles from downtown Boston Facility is new, clean with ample parking Staff is friendly and accommodating and we were given 2 queens as requested; also when we chose not to have our room not cleaned the maid service left a generous supply of towels outside our room without our asking I believe this hotel is an option if you are visiting Boston. have a rental car...and want to save some $

Staying in greater Boston area weekends of Sept8-10 and Sept 15-17 PRICELINE originally bid $40 and $45 about a week ago...REJECTED Today 8/25 bid $45 for 2.5* Boston/North shore/Woburn for Sept 8-10 accepted for Courtyard Marriott Woburn on Unicorn Park Drive ;usual cost approx $120/night Then bid $50 for 2.5* Boston/North shore/Woburn for Sept 15-17 accepted for Courtyard Woburn on Mishawum; usual cost $110/night Had backup reservations for both weekends At Courtyard Woburn on Mishawum for $110/night During the first week days will be in southern Maine and on Cape cod the second week
