  1. I do not live in Columbus but travel to the airport a great deal here are some hotels at the airport: Concourse Hotel and Conference Center (614) 237-2515 Hilton Garden Inn, Columbus Airport (614) 231-2869 Hampton Inn, Columbus Airport (614) 235-0717 Comfort Suites, Columbus Airport (614) 237-5847 Baymont Inn & Suites, Columbus Airport (614) 237-3403 There is also a Radission and Stay Bridge Suites in the area. I have personally stayed at the Comfort Suites, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden, Radission and Stay Bridge Suites. All are nice hotels and have airport shuttle and most if not all have shuttle to the nearby shopping mall Easton Town Center and lots of places to eat. :)
  2. I booked the one night 2/9-2/10/08 in Miami at the airport through Hotwire for $59, $14.72 tax and total of $73.72. I called to check for the type of room and have a King, Non-smoking room and all the people at the hotel that I spoke with seemed very friendly and helpful. It is indeed the Holiday Inn but not the Holiday in at the airport on 1111 SO ROYAL POINCIANA BLVD as you might have expected. This is the MIAMI-DORAL AREA Holiday Inn, 3255 N.W. 87TH AVE, MIAMI, FL 33172. It is about 8 miles WEST of the airport and right on the border line of the area map for Hotwire. They do offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport but not to the port of Miami. I have not been able to find any reviews on it and am not sure if there are any resturaunts in the immediate area either. It is a little farther away that I had hoped for but as long as its a secure area I think it will be ok. All and all the experience was a good one and I think next time I might try Priceline also. If you have any info on this hotel I would love to know what to expect and if not I will report when I return. Thanks for the advice :) I used the HOTWIRE link also
  3. Hello: I am looking for 1 night in Miami pre-cruise, February 9-10, 2008. Preferably in a good area with complimentary shuttle. Looking to spend under $100 if possible. We will be arriving at 7pm and leaving around 11am ..... as long as its clean and safe that would be ok but would be great if it was a nice place also. I have not used Priceline before and would appreciate any bidding information that I might receive. I think I would like to stay in the Downtown area close to the cruise port. I someone has a better suggestion I am certainly open to another area also. Thanks for any help you can give Kim
  4. Thanks for the information on the Hotwire hotel. I was looking for help on the Priceline as well that is why I posted the one message at the top under Priceline-Florida. I am not sure which way I wanted to go and was hoping for some bidding information. Thanks
