My god, this is probably low season in montreal. This is the same hotel which I stayed, which was booked on priceline in August. It changed name at least 2 times from the time I booked (July) to the time I stayed: Glamour Hotel and Suites, then Cosmopolitan Montreal, now Auberge Celebrities. The hotel owns pretty much half the block so they keep changing addresses. Tripadvisor even had to delete the previous rankings for this hotel, since the previous incarnation keep changing address. But it figures in the top 10 worst hotel in Montreal. To call this a 2.5 is a crime!!!!

I was trying to find lodging in the Burlington Vermont area through PL for 3-4 days last week, with not much luck....went as high as 100$ for 2.5 stars, to no avail. Booked at Motel 6 in Colchester via 1-800 number for 82$ plus tax. Then, upon getting a Hotwire email showing a decent decrease for 3 star in Burlington, checked out prices for Burlington on Hotwire (79$ for 3 star), then went through Priceline, bidded 70$ and got the Sheraton Burlington! Have been looking on Priceline for 4*, then 3*, even 2* but prices very high for the dates (08/01 to 08/03). Bids up to 100$ refused for 4* to 2.5*. Even HOTWIRE was above the 150$ mark over the last week. Then checked Hotwire and got 3* star with facilities exact match to Hotel Pur, which I have stayed before. 1 room(s) @ $109.00 per night x 2 night(s) SubTotal:$218.00 Taxes And Fees:$42.86 Hotel total $260.86 Great hotel BTW!
