I've been trying for about a week now to win a night at either the Hilton or Hyatt Logan airport hotels. My goal was to keep the total with taxes under $150 in order to wisely use my credit card points. I finally bid to the maximum $123 ($149.13 with taxes) but still did not win the hotel. Am I being unrealistic in thinking that I could get one of those properties for $123? My date is June 30, 2010. Any thoughts? THX

homeschoolmom.. I'm curious why you say you would stay away from Dupont/Woodley Park/Adams Morgan area? We are just beginning a hotel search for our family of 4 and that's where we were thinking of trying. We will most likely PL and are hoping to get the Residence Inn for bigger room size and the breakfast. We thought there were only 3* in Dupont but it looks as though Courtyard has been upgraded to a 3* from 2.5*. Hmmmm what to do?
