Great view of the Marina. Free shuttle takes you across lift bridge to canal park area. Hotel is on the former rowing club property and has maintained a nautical theme with murals and furnishings. Staff, especially the evening desk clerk were very friendly and helpful. Pool warm, hot tub very warm. Breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and maintained. If the breakfast room is full, there is a small area to the side next to the check in desk which serves as overflow. We ate there and had a very peaceful breakfast

In regards to the Novi question, I was using the Hotwire Quick Quote through Better Bidding and it shows 8 hotels for this date while the hotwire through Bidding Helper only shows 5. That's where i got the two different two and one half star listings for that date...one at $49 and one at $40.. In the future I will use the Bidding Helper site instead. In regards to the Livonia Question (which I now realize I should have included in the same post) I went through Bidding helper and see the following amenities (LOVE the "Copy amentities button!!") FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free breakfast, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Fitness center, Self-service laundry, In-room accessibility Price for the night of my stay (Oct 3-4) is $56.00 Thank you for your guess on this one...I will re post as soon as we have made our decision and will use better bidding to book whatever we decide.

Can you help ID either of these two properties in Novi Mi for October 3rd-4th Both are 2.5 stars Property #1 75% recommended Amenities Internet, Parking, Breakfast, Landry, Pets and Smoke Free Property #2 80% recommended Amenities exactly the same except for the addition of Fitness. The last time I clikce on it it said that the last person booking got Extended Stay America Haggerty Rd. Does that mean it is likely to be that property? Thanks so much for your help.

A few days later ... checked and there is still the 2.5 star for November 15thto November 16th however the amenities only show parking, pet friendly free breakfast internet and free internet no matter where I look. Also the price increased :( to $67.00. (I will pay for my hesitation in booking...it is still the best deal I can find.) LaQuinta Inn and Suites 45311 Park Avenue Utica Mi. Yes, there was also pool/internet in the listing. We are trying to decide whether to stay overnight after concert... and if we can find a close hotel at a good price it will definitely sway us in favor of the overnight! :)

Did a search using BetterBidding link to HOTWIRE for November 15-16. Found a 2.5 star 95% recommended with the following amenities free park; indoor pool; internet(free) free breakfast; business centre; pet friendly; and self service laundry. Hoping for Laquita...but the laundry puzzles me. Can anyone suggest what hotel this might be. I am attending a concert at Macoomb Center for Performing Arts. I really want to avoid the Best Western in Sterling Heights but I don't think that it would be that hotel.

Received an offer for 7% off (just let a $7.00 off deal expire :( ) and now need an airport hotel for night of Oct 5. Want to attempt to identify the following Express Deal 3.5 star hotel listed for $67 free internet, free park, swimming (indoor or outdoor) shuttle and fitness. Can anyone predict what hotel it might be. I can't find one at that rating with a pool. Thanks for your help. Also I don't usually get the email deals and have received two in the past week. Just last nite won a Hotwire hotel with with exactly the same star level and amenities...the price was higher ($54.00) but it was VERY last minute...made the purchase only 45 minutes before checking in. It was the Marriot Romulus. VERY pleased with our win and stay.

Thanks for your help...that does seem reasonable. I'm learning as I use hotwire. But plans changed, and we needed to get closer to home tonight due to an ill family member at home...so we ended up bidding on an airport hotel in Romulus...I will report that bid shortly. Thanks again for your help.

Need help in ID'ing Hotwire hotel in SW toledo Maumee area for June 16-June 17 2 ** $41.00 (states price on other sites is $74.00) recommended in 90% of hotwire reviews, only amenities listed are free parking and laundry. I can't find anything close to this in the hotel list. I don't want to end up in a shady hotel Thanks!

Exactly what I expected due to Better Bidding list. As always used Betterbidding HOTWIRE link. Chose it since it is midway between downtown attractions and zoo. We have stayed at this property a couple of times... on Priority Club points. enjoyed our stays, with breakfast and some nights even a light supper included.. Nice pool area, but I only wish that a hot tub would be in the pool area. Hope your stay is as nice as ours have been.

Received this hotel using HOTWIRE link for $55.00 plus tax/fee to total 67.77 0n a Friday night. Not sure what to expect from a Boutique Hotel. Warmly greeted by reception. Important note...if you are a Priority Club member (especially a Gold member) be sure and show your card at check in. This decreased our parking fee from $10.00 to $5.00 and we were given a complimentary bottle of water.... Parking is in a covered multi level garage..nice if it was winter or snowy. Appears that they have security checking the garage also. King room, laminate floors, nice and clean. We were missing soaps, but they were brought within 5 minutes of our request. Avena line of soaps shampoos were nice. Room was quite cold when we arrived, but we easily adjusted the heat/air conditioning and it responded exactly to the temp we set. Room is we3ll lit with lamps on both bedside tables 9lamps have multi settings which allow you to turn on the lower (base part) of the lamp, the lamp or both. Makes a nice atmosphere. Single serve coffee maker in room. Just an observation... Only one packet of decaf and one packet of regular coffee available. It would be handy to have two packets of each when there are two occupants of the room..but we certainly easily stretched it! Pool/hot tub Sauna, Fitness room in basement. hot tub was on the cool side...but that is better than so hot you can't stand it!! Did not appear to be much within walking distance ..other than a Moores Menwear Store and outlet. All staff were friendly and welcoming. A good stay.

My concern was that it might also be the Howard Johnsons East (22 Metropolitan Road) which is under renovation (and has been for apparently about 2 years) and has some negative trip advisor reviews and terrible reviews on other sites. Having read the Travelodge reviews I think this hotwire hotel is NOT an option for me. Looking for a cheap place just to overnight as we will be visiting friends in Scarborough area. Thinking we might just stay in the airport area with HOTWIRE or PRICELINE and go over to Scarborough on Saturday morning. Any other suggestions appreciated. .
