  1. Does anyone know what hotel this might be? Looking at 3 nights, 12.22.13 - 12.25.13 in City Centre area in Sydney, Australia. This comes up as 4 1/2 stars in the City Centre area with 90% satisfaction rating. Amenities are indoor pools, pools, business center, airport shuttle, restaurants, self-service laundry. The pinned list is showing only 5* and 4* hotels, but no 4.5* hotels yet. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  2. OK, sorry about that -- now updated those posts. Both were about same trip, but ended up driving back and forth in one day (grueling, will not do again). Not sure how to bump this, but it seems to be most recent posting, so maybe I am already bumped. Any info on the L'Eixample - Passeig de Gracia district hotel is appreciated. Thank you.
  3. Did not book HOTWIRE hotel -- made trip in one day and ended up driving back to Sarasota.

  5. Please help ID 4-star L'Eixample-Passeig de Gracia District hotel in Barcelona with fitness, restaurant, internet, business and spa services. Thank you.
  6. Is 3 * Orlando SeaWorld I-drive South with 8 icons (Resort, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi Speed Internet, Business, Golf and Laundry) a match for the Wyndham? It lists as Customer Favorite, but that is not shown in the Pinned Hotwire List. Also, does anyone know if they access a $6.75 "resort fee" in addition to the Hotwire quote. Hotwire notes the fee will be around $5, but another website I searched earlier today indicated the fee was $6.75. Thanks in advance.
  7. I need help ID-ing 3* CUSTOMER FAVORITE Orlando Seaworld-Convention Center for tonight (Jan. 19, 2007) at $53. Amenities are resort, fitness center, pools, restaurant, business center, laundry, internet access, nearby golf. These are not an exact match to the Crowne Plaza Universal, which is the only customer favorite on the Hotwire Hotel list for that area. Also, can someone tell me why there are $20 in taxes and fees for a one-night stay? That seems unusually high. Has Hotwire recently raised their service fees or is this mostly tourist tax? Thanx in advance for the help.
  8. I just booked a compact car from Avis at the New Orleans Airport for $10.95/day. It looks like it was an "extended weekend" special because I was able to book it from noon Thursday through 1 PM Monday at that rate. Economy and compacts were both $10.95/day. Mid-sized just a dollar more, but I wanted something more fuel efficient.
  9. I made following booking for New Orleans (Downtown) Hotel : InterContinental New Orleans 444 St. Charles Avenue OCT 12 - 13, 2006 4* in Downtown New Orleans Amenity icons = fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center - CUSTOMER FAVORITE (three reviews showed all 5's) Price: $76 + taxes, surcharges, etc. = $93.83, but I will get a $10 rebate using the Entertainment Book HOTWIRE coupon.
  10. HW is showing 3* at ABQ (Albuquerque Airport) on 5/28/06 at $59 and 2* at ABQ for $36. I am concerned that the 3* will be Airport University Inn, which has some pretty awful reviews on tripadvisor including warnings of bed bugs and exterior entrances -- a big negative for me. I see some reports here of the Wyndham as a 3* at ABQ, which would be just fine for me. HW shows retail on the 3* as $70 -- $11 savings -- I'm thinking that can't possibly be the Wyndham -- can it? Amenities are airport shuttle, pool, laundry, restaurant, and fitness. For the 2* at $36, HW shows retail as $49 -- which also has me concerned re: the ID of the property. There are no amenity icons shown for this property. Any ideas which 2* and 3* this might be? I am confused by the "retail" prices shown and the low percentage discounts.
