Bid $55 to start. Was offered a rebid at $67 which I declined. Added a zone and won for $60. All of the express deals for Downtown were above $100, so I was pleasantly surprised to get this deal.
$97 for 7/27. Started at $75 and worked up to $97 using rebid zones. At around $90 I got the messages that is I added $20 more I could rebid and get the room. Used betterbiddings PRICELINE link to start bidding :)
Has anyone had any experience with the ALL INCLUSIVE zone in Cancun? I don't see any wins reported. It seems like you can't rebid by adding zones since you may end up with a normal room. I am guessing you get two adults, but what about small children? I am hoping someone has won an all inclusive and can share.....
Got it first bid at $40, but it can be won for less. I don't particularly like this hotel, but it is a reliable win and is not expensive. Used the PRICELINE link.........
Bid $42 for 3* in downtown expecting the Radisson, but got rejected. Added East Rochester and bid $44. Got the Plaza Hotel. I've never stayed here. Used the PRICELINE link......
An update on this reservation.....there was a parking charge. I forgot how much. About $5. I didn't notice it was added until later. Still a good deal though.
I started at 45 for 4* and added zones until I got the Hyatt for $50. The hotel is nice. Parking was free with validation. I got my dates messed up and showed up a week early. It wasn't a problem they just moved the date up.
I started at $70 and rebid $80, and got it for $90 for 7/19/2008. I had 3+ stars selected and got the 4*. The cheapest I saw the room online is over $200.
Hotwire comes up with a 3* for $79 in the downtown-riverfront. It lists the regular price at $92 which is low for a 3* that week. All the amenities listed are a pool and internet access. Any guesses? Hotwire did come up with a 3* in North Little Rock, so it is definitely not safe to bid in priceline's downtown area and hope to get Riverfront. thanks for the suggestion.
I am trying to get a 3* in Little Rock this November. I need to be in the downtown area on the south bank of the river where the Hilton and Double Tree are. The problem is that the Little Rock zone includes a large area north of the river. I am pretty sure the only 3* 's are in the area I want along the south bank of the river, but I'd like to know for sure. Can anyone confirm this or have a suggestion of a way to find out? thanks
7/26-7/28. I bid 32,34,36,38,40,42,46,48,50,52,54, and then got it for $56. I was skeptical about getting a good deal since the first night is a Thursday, but I am happy with what I got. This hotel isn't on betterbidding's list for priceline.
