  1. Sorry,I'm having a moment....departure city must be US city.Disregsrd prior post. Any bidding advice for FLL to PVR or Cancun? Will be departing Jan.14 for a couple of weeks.Very flexible though. Thanks for your help.

  2. Are there any bargains to be had within Mexico?I need to get from PVR to cancun for a couple of days.Any ideas? Or past luck with Air Mexicali? Thanks I have mastered the priceline/hotwire game but am a true newbie for air bidding as I am Canadian and believe we can't do it originating from Canada.

  3. Will there be any follow-up to any of your OTHER THREADS, almost all of which have no resolution or conclusion as to what you ultimately decided to do for each stay?
Yes ,there will be a conclusion once I have resolved the queries in question. My travel dates are quite a way out.Is there a problem ?I'm sure you did not mean to be abrupt but I did review my last ten posts and some were simply comments as to no conclusion was needed.have a great day .

I'm afraid to use priceline in this area because I HATE the Wyndam and there is a chance to get it.Unless you have a trick to avoid it. thanks :)

  5. I convinced my father of the virtues of name your own price and bid on a 2.5 in Myrtle Beach S.C.After upping my bid to $55 it was accepted at Sand Dunes Resort. But guess what ....online it was actually cheaper by $4.Priceline did offer to refund $4 but I am still feeling ripped off.I have fired off several emails requesting an upgrade, etc.And believe me I have got several refunds by this disgraceful customer service dept. This is the first time that I have ever encountered this problem.I do not like spending time bidding when I could have just paid the resort directly.Any comments on how to get Priceline to do the right thing for a loyal customer ? :)

  6. We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in 2005.It was actually quite nice.We got friendly with the front desk staff and got upgraded to club level and free breakfast vouchers. The pool area was large. The only thing is you are not close to anything. They did have a free shuttle though. We paid only $45 but that was 2 years ago.Other guests we spoke to told us they were quite happy to get a convention rate of $129.So you did very well.
