I would call the hotel and ask the manager if you can do this. You might have to agree that you will be responsible for all extra charges. I would then request a fax in writing stating the same. If the hotel agrees to do this, then send a fax to your family members, so there is no suprise at check in. I am not sure if this will work, but it can't hurt to ask.
Good luck and let us know the outcome.
If you are a Costco member, you can get King Tut tickets for $20 vs $32.50 at the show.
I assume this is for Holiday Inn World Congress Center (Restaurant, Pool, Fitness). Both hotels are on the list for Hotwire and Priceline. Please clarify for other members. Thanks

If you are not renting a car, I would stay in Downtown Denver. Bus service runs all the time up and down Broadway. The Denver Tech North zone is due East and Denver SW-Lakewood is due West of Swedish Medical at 501 E Hampton. Not sure about the bus service for those areas.
Wanted to add that there is a likely non-reported PRICELINE 2.5* Courtyard and Country Inn & Suites nearby. The Courtyard is not listed on the Marriott's web-site at this time.
Fitness center and Business center.
Total with taxes and fees is $107.67 Hotel internet rate is $110 before tax
Traveling this weekend 8/11-8/12/07. Will not need a room this weekend. Still looking for future bid history.

I have given up trying to help him. He wants to save money, but does not want to do the work.
Thanks for the advice.
Any ideas or web sites for 1 way deals ? Thank you
Thanks for responding. I am researching for a friend who is working long-term in Chicago (O'Hare zone). The dates are not specific; booking 20 days at
at a time. He prefers a kitchenette , and I know there are other 2* hotels in that zone, and an upgrade is also possible.
It seems to me that there are no reported wins for 2* in ORD zone on this board and others. I am thinking to test the ORD zone with short term 2* bids to see if there are new hotels. Then go for the 20 day bid, hopefully for ESA.
If up to me, I would bid the 2* regardless, and go out for dinner.
Your expertise is appreciated. Thanks
Does anybody know what national chain hotels offer kitchenettes only I see listed Extended Stay, Candlewood Suites, Homewood Suites, Homestead Studio,Hawthorn Suites, Staybridge and AmeriSuites.
Any others ? I am looking for the Chicago zone. And yes I know that there is no guarantee of getting a hotel with a kitchenette. Thank you.

There are no recent wins for this area. Pricelines site lists 1* as Sleep Inn. Trip Advisor lists a 2* Hampton Inn and 1* Microtel & Suites. I think Hotwire lists a 1* Super 8 and 2* LaQuinta in Daytona. I will be traveling there in the future and any bid history would be great.
Thank you
This Loews Hotel should be in the Cherry Creek zone.

I bid 2.5* Priceline first on this zone with $35,40 and 42 bids declined. I was hoping for the Holiday Inn Express for $39 , but got the Thrifty Inn. That's right up my alley, since I'm not going on this trip.
