I went to Hotwire and found a hotel in VA Beach for March 21st that seems to match the Westin description but it is 3.5* Any idea if the Westin was downgraded?

There is a brand new Springhill Suites on the beach that I would like to get a room in. Does anyone know if this is offered on Hotwire or Priceline?
