Thank you for responding. The current low fare is $1073 plus tax; with tax, the fare is now $1162. Some flights are actually showing for a lower base price than this one, but with taxes and airline fees, they cost more (the first flight is on Korean Airlines; the actual cheapest base price is $886 on Virgin Atlantic then $975 on Thai Airlines. How much would I be willing to spend? As little as possible! If I could get it for $800 or less, I would be thrilled . . . .but I expect something closer to $900. What do you think?
