Starting bidding at $110 and worked up to $130. Overall pleased - I realize there is construction going on but only during the week. Not a bad deal for an oceanfront in south beach. Priceline had a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal at $133 per night for this hotel, and hotwire had what I believe was the The Perry for $163 per night. The website price is listed at $190. I used the PRICELINE link on betterbidding to access Priceline.com.

I used the HOTWIRE link via betterbidding and all the previous descriptions on BB to narrow down that it was the ME i would get. Cancun North Zone 4* Jan 15th - 18th, ME Cancun, $136. Lowest advertised price was $209 per night. I could of gotten a cheaper hotel on Priceline, but I wanted to stay at the ME and not Gran melia. Overall very pleased - thanks BB. My guess for the third one is the Royal Cancun - not many other Adult only hotels. Any Ideas for the 3 and half stars in the center strip area? I think its Temptations...? Its also 18 years and older

Sonoma 3 1/2* (Renaissance Lodge At Sonoma) $150 10/14 to 10/15. Hit on first bid - priceline tricked me!!! upgraded Renaissance to 3 1/2 star! I thought this was the MacArthur Inn but overall happy. Make sure you update your hotel list. Once again I used the PRICELINE link on this site!

Monterey (Pacafic Grove) 3* Portola Hotel & Spa At Monterey Bay $100, Oct 16th to 18th very very happy with this resort for the price!!! I tried $95 and was rejected. I used the PRICELINE link on this page. :)

5* Las Vegas (Strip South) THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, $165 ... 10/23/08-10/27/08 :) Used all of the re-bidding zones at $5 increments, rejected up to $160. Also a friend just booked Las Vegas (Strip South) THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, $165 for 10/18/2008 to 10/22. I used the PRICELINE link on this website.

I bid for $90 for 4 nights Las Vegas South 5* 10/23 to 10/27, received $180 counter. I bid up to $140 using the other non 5* areas, all rejected - I think $160 gets it. I am not ready to book that yet... I did use the PRICELINE link on the site.

3* San Francisco (Fisherman's Wharf) Best Western Tuscan Inn, $100 ... 10/12/08-10/14/08 Bid $90 with $10 Priceline bonus cash ($100 total) Accepted :) !! I didn't get to use free bids by adding lombard, and civic. Started too high, but i am very happy with the hotel and the price. I used the PRICELINE link from this site- I think it helped, I got as high as $140 the other day and was rejected each time ... however a friday night stay was involved.
