Took a risk because it wasn't on the Hotel list, but had 100% satisfaction rating. For $37, I figured what the heck! The only amenities listed were Free Breakfast, Pool, Business Center, and Self-service Laundry.

Great Hotel. They also have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in the downtown area, and come back and pick you up. It ran until 11pm I believe. Really enjoyed this property.

Was looking at hotels for 12/6/13 for one night and when I clicked on the hotel, I got the "Book Soon" message. This one said "Book soon! Did not expect this hotel since it was not listed. It was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting the Drury Inn. I'm Hilton Gold, so at least I'll get some good amenities & possibly an upgrade. This is an unlisted property in the hotel lists. I had a pretty good idea regarding the hotel I was going to get. It has mixed reviews, but for the price in Downtown Nashville - it's a great deal. This is my favorite hotel in the area. The staff is friendly & the hotel is very nice. It's an older hotel, but it has stood the test of time well. A couple of noteworthy items about this hotel that make it stand out: There are rooms with outdoor balconies in the main building. These are not the "outdoor access" style balconies, but rather a private balcony only accessible from your room. Ask for rooms in the main building ending in 01 or 25 (example: Room 501 or 925) Also - if you like the pool, there are rooms that can be accessed from the pool area, meaning you can avoid traveling through the hotel to go back & forth to the pool. These rooms are steps away and have their own patio furniture. Yes, there was a Roll-in shower listed as an amenity. Also - the hotel staff was very friendly, and even provided me with a fridge at no charge when I asked for one to be delivered to the room.

I believe this is the former Homestead property listed on the Hotel lists. All the Homesteads are becoming Extended Stay Americas (I believe). Amenities are different than listed though. He's the amenity list: Free Parking Free Breakfast Free Internet Pet friendly Laundry Facilities (self-service)

Was tempted to go with the 3 star in this category, as the reviews were kind of 50/50 for this property. Just a weekend getaway, and all I needed was an outdoor pool. I'll post back on the experience after. Was looking for a weekend getaway - required a pool & hotel bar. Was hoping for the Memorial City area, but can't be picky with PRICELINE. Bid $58 and won on first bid. May have left money on the table on this one. Searched through express deals & saw a 4* for $67, so I shaved 9 bucks off and boom. Winner. Hotel has a pool & a restaurant/bar and is close to local watering holes. Overall I'm happy. Used the link as always. Not sure if you have noticed, but there have been zone changes in the Nashville area. Downtown - Vanderbilt University - Metrocenter was split into two: 1. Downtown - Metrocenter & 2. Varderbilt Univ - West End - Music Row. Are there plans to split these out on the hotel list? Sorry if this is in the wrong place - just trying to help :)
