$62 for July 26 5 nights amenities are High Speed Internet Access and 80% of hotwire recommend. Any ideas??

I'm thinking the closer the better so I'll start with airport use my free bids and have a back up plan just in case. I bid airport yesterday $62 for a 3 * then $60 for a 2.5 *. I'm thinking I need to nail it with this next bid to be done with it. Obviously I'm a bit low on bidding. Any suggestions

Just found out we need a 1 night stay near airport so we can return car early am for flight. We will be coming in from Ft Meyers and want to be close to airport. Do we use airport zone or would west plantation work? WOuld like a 3* or higher. We need to bid by tomorrow because we won't have computer access for the week before. The night we need would be 2/26 1 night. Thanks

Finally gave up on Priceline and went with Travelocity and got the Sheraton Yankee Clipper for $135. A little bit more that I wanted to spend but its done, and I know what I'm getting.

Got the Ramada Inn Airport as a backup for $126. Tried again today with priceline and here is the lastest: 3* DT $100 rejected 2.5* DT $95 rejected 2.5* Airport/DT $95 rejected 2.0* Airport/DT $90 rejected

Best rates I have found are $149 for extended stay america. The max I wanted to bid was originally 3*-$90-$95 2.5* $75-$80 and never really looked at 2.0*. But now need to relook everything. Nothing on back up just yet, but will have a cancellable booking here shortly. Seems like these rates are really high this year.

Yes I did look at the beach zone and since we are flying in so late I figured it was a bit too far. Thought I would get a better deal in airport zone. Thanks for the heads up on rechecking pricing, It's been a while so I will check it again and bid more reasonable.

Tried again today started from 3*DT $80 up to $90 with free bids no luck. Did try the Beach zone in that process, free shuttle is not a make or break issue for us. After getting shut out we closed browser and did 3*Airport $50-$55 with no luck. We still have some time so I will keep plugging away. Thanks for all your help.
