  1. Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Free Wifi. 60% Recommended. Kinda disappointed, as I thought it would have been the Holiday Inn as per the Hotwire Hotel List for Rochester. After taxes and fees = $158 for two rooms.
  2. Pleasantly surprised at our experience with this hotel. Other people rated it poorly, but we enjoyed it, and we have 2 kids under 3. So we were concerned about the sanitation and list of complaints, but didn't experience any of that at all.
  3. Used the PRICELINE link on this forum. Just did Express Deals as had no time to try biddding. Room Subtotal: $55.00 Taxes & Fees: $16.34 Total Charged to Card: $71.34 Still a reasonable price, although reviews are somewhat concerning. But we will see if its as bad as some ppl say, as I have yet to be disappointed by Priceline hotels rated 3* and above
  4. Using the PRICELINE links on this forum, I bid $98 and got it first try. Total cost including taxes and fees (for 2 rooms) = $693.96 Using the Marriott Website, total cost including taxes and fees (for 2 rooms) = $1110.36 For a total savings of 38% Thanks Better Bidding for giving me a gauge for my bids!
  5. Got this with a $65 bid, but you may get it for lower (never tried lower than 65). Priceline says its retails for $239/nt retail, and that I saved 72%. Reviews are mixed on Tripadvisor, but I'm sure thats from people who paid full price. And don't forget to use the coupon code: SUMMER to save an additional 5% off your bid! Yes, I used your PRICELINE link.
  6. Was getting tired of trying too after 2 days of unsuccessful bids. But finally succeeded on my third day, on my third bid. Jan 14 to Jan 16, 2011 Omni Boston Parker House Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $85.00 (USD) Number of Rooms: 2 Number of Nights: 2 Room Subtotal:$340.00 (USD) Taxes and Fees: $61.28 (USD) Total Room Cost: $401.28 (USD)
  7. Booked a room for one night, and put in a bid of $40. Was hoping to get the Four Points Sheraton, but got the Courtyard instead. This is the chance we take when we bid I guess. After seeing the Courtyard successful bids here I feel like I got kinda ripped, since I could have gotten it for $32-35. Oh well. If I got the Four Points, I would've gotten a better than avg deal, but its a roll of the dice as always. Still can't complain at paying only $40 a night.
  8. Bid accepted for $53 a night. Well worth it and in a prime location, 1 block from Eaton Centre and Chinatown.
