Was looking for a better located hotel, such as the St Francis, Sir Francis Drake, etc...but missed out on a deal for St Francis that was $165 for a Tower room
Oh well... I went back through the BiddingHelper.com and this same listing was now at $115 and ended up getting the Hilton San Francisco (Union Square).
I think I was using a browser that doesn't support the EASY VIEW as it won't load (http 404 error)
Oh well...I appreciate the info and I should've looked at the hotel list...as this pretty much matches up with the Hilton San Francisco and I don't think I want to stay there.
Thanks

Ok...so, I was hoping to get a different hotel besides the St Francis, but we have stayed there on a PL & had a good experience with a free upgrade to a tower room since it was our anniversary. So..here is the bidding $45 - 4* USW (declined) $55 - 4* added embarcadaro (declined) $60 - 4* added Civic Center area since there are no 4* hotels (declined) $65 - 4* added Marina-Lombard also no 4* hotels (declined) $70 - 4* added USE (accepted) forgot to add Fishermans wharf & South SF and I think that cost me. We wanted to be very near Union Square & of course the best thing about the St Francis is the location. Would've loved the Parc55, Hilton or Hyatt...something right there close since we are going to the GG Theater that night. Hopefully we can get the same kind of upgrade due to the anniversary...Still, $70 is not a bad price for a Friday night.
2* Central Coast (Pismo Beach) Best Western Casa Grande $71 (11/29/08-11/30/08) Thanksgiving weekend This hotel is actually in Arroyo Grande(next suburb to the southeast)...but I knew that by another post on here, so no surprise when this was accepted. Failed bids at $41, $46, $51, $56 & $61, & $66 over the last couple of days. Also was including Morro Bay area in rebidding.
Hilton Honors wont actually credit or reward the hotel room, but any extras, like phone calls, movies and any other charges to the room, like bar & restaurant charges are added & count towards points. I have also gotten an upgraded room because of being an Honors member. This may be a YMMV but this has been my experience on 2 occasions. Anyone know about Best Western Gold Crown points? Whether or not they are credited?
This is my first post...so here goes 4 Star Hotel in Embarcadero Area Fitness Center Resturant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Spa Service 1 night - 04/13/07(tommorrow) for $99/$119.84 Thanks for all the advice Edit: I saw this earlier at $103 & tried PL for less with no luck, then went back over to HW & it was $99. Looks like it is now $103 again
