I just booked a hotel with LastMinuteTravel.com for Austin TX. The dates are 04/08/12 - 04/11/12. I got a 3-star suite for $69/night. The hotel we ended up with is Comfort Suites NW Lakeline. It got 4 stars from tripadvisor. It looks like a pretty good deal. I did 2 adults/3 kids for the options.

I'm ok with that, because I don't think it's a big risk. I hope to get at least 2.5 stars, and would like to pay around $40 per room.

Ok, I don't have a problem doing 2 rooms with 3 in each room. Any good advice there?

Hi there! I need a hotel room for 6 (2 adults 4 kids) in the Vegas area on our way home from California on the 20th. It doesn't really matter where it is, just close to Vegas. I saw that this weekend is a big convention weekend, so if there's another place that's not as full that's close, we'll consider that as well. What should I be expecting to pay? Thanks!
