Tried Last week for a hotel in this area for Memorial Day Weekend, and was rejected at $50 and $60. Used PRICELINE Link on betterbidding.com and today I won this hotel. Hopefully it will be nice. Thanks again for helping me get this deal!
May 4-5 Started with the PRICELINE link at betterbidding and Tried for 3* for North Charleston/Airport at $41 and was rejected. Then tried for Downtown $60 and was rejected, however it said I could rebid again if I added $17. I then started again at betterbidding and tried to add just $5 for a total of $65 for this zone and another zone without a 3*, and that bid was accepted for $65 in Downtown. I am very happy with this price and this hotel. Thanks again betterbidding for helping me get this great deal! This is a new hotel for the list!
Tried today for $55, and was rejected once again for a 3*. May try a little lower for a 2.5* later today or tomorrow. Why does waiting a week help? Hotels lower prices closer to the date?
Started at betterbidding.com and used PRICELINE link. Tried 3* at $50 for May 24-25, however I was rejected. Any idea what this area usually goes for? It said 3* was the best deal. Thanks!
Looking for a 3* hotel or better for 5/4/08, one night. Would be willing to look at other areas if the hotel is special, but would rather be downtown. Any tips on what to bid and where I may end up? Thanks! Please always use the betterbidding.com links for PRICELINE and HOTWIRE
Started at betterbidding.com- April 6-8 $41 Radisson Hotel Austin North, seems like a great hotel. Much cheaper than anything on HOTWIRE or anything else. Thanks better bidding for making me get this great rate
Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, High-speed Internet Access. Hotel looks very nice, great price and good alternative to downtown Baltimore. Very happy. Started at betterbidding.com I think this is a new hotel for the list

Started at savingsbarn.com Was rejected a number of times until I Bid 2* in Annapolis for $51. I was rejected, however since my stay is for tomorrow it said I could try right then and add $14. I did, and was given this hotel. This is a new hotel for the list!
Started at savingsbarn.com thanks to better bidding I had a good feeling it was going to be this hotel. I am very happy, its a great price!! only $29!!! I called the hotel and they were shocked at the rate since they said it was almost sold out! Extended Stay Deluxe has a bus to the Disney resorts, but that was not listed. Below are the amenities listed on hotwire for the 2* Complimentary Breakfast Fitness Center Pool(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities High-speed Internet Access
Started at savingsbarn.com with my friend by my side I was rejected at $71 then had my friend try Approved! 2* $75 Dover-Days Inn Downtown 272 North Dupont Highway Dover, Delaware I'm happy with this hotel, I was going to stay here if I was not approved and pay $90 a night (govt rate) , so its a good deal!
2* or 3*, id say my max is around $75. I dont know really what to bid for Dover. I mean that great Hyatt in NJ was only $50, but I cant get a 2* in Ocean City for less than $100. The world works in crazy ways. :)
Trying to get a 2* hotel (2 rooms) this Sat night for one night. So far rejected at $65, $70, and $75 a night. Anyone have any idea what I should bid? Also willing to use other sites from Savingsbarn.com if priceline isnt the way to go. Thanks!
Started at savingsbarn.com. Was rejected by all of the prices above. I Went down to 2* in both Williamsburg Center/Outlets and Williamsburg Historical. Won 2* Springhill Suites Williamsburg, Marriott, $41, one night stay June 10-11th. Looks very nice for a 2*.
well started at savingsbarn.com I started at 45 for 3*, was rejected and went down to a 2 1/2* at 40, was rejected. Went down to 2* at 25 was also rejected. Do you think adding the 3* hurt me at all? Thanks?
The Williamsburg Historic - Busch Gardens I think the max would be around the mid 50's. Right now it says the best value online is 3* upscale. The Four Points, which is a 2 1/2 star also looks good, but to be honest 2*+ I dont really mind.
How much should I bid 2* + Williamsburg VA, Sunday June 10, 1 night. Any tips folks? Thanks- Jayson Everyone please use SavingsBarn.com when starting a new priceline.com bid
just got the 4* Marriott Baltimore Waterfront for $75 on June 30-July 1, 1 night stay. Was rejected at 70, it told me to add $22 to get a hotel for sure. I went back and added the zone for Baltimore Stadiums, which I knew there was no 4*, and went to $75 and got this great hotel!
