First try, I picked the BH/WH location, and 4 stars, at $115/night. I love this hotel! So glad to get it cause it's so central! And I used the Better Bidding's PRICELINE link! thanks again...

Tried to book for the inlaws for a visit. Here's my history. I was hopeful to get some of the rates earlier posted at the Hyatt/Doubletree, but no luck First Try: Jersey City zone, 3* $65 bid rejected added Elizabeth as a rebid zone $75 bid rejected Second Try Jersey City zone, 3* $101 bid rejected added 2.5*, $90 bid rejected added 2.0*, $90 bid accepted Won Candlewood Suites It's a little more than we wanted to pay, but is actually closer in walking distance to our apt. and at a savings of 36% to the rack rate, so we're happy!

Staying central, open to staying either in the Beverly Hills/Hollywood area, so tried priceline as the hotels were easily over $249/night at Roosevelt, Renaissance; even the Best Western Hollywood Hills, which we considered was pricing at $129 a night! Staying Sunday 5/13 - Thursday 5/17/07 First bid for $105/night with just hollywood zone Second bid for $110/night, hollywood and Beverly Hills-West Hollywood Zone Subtotal: $110.00/night Taxes & Service Fees: $23.71/night Total Charges*: $133.71/night
