Good location and good rooms. Some are a little smaller, but it's NYC. Beds are very comfortable. Front desk/concierge staff weren't the most helpful. A tip: there's an entrance 1/2 a block west from the hotel (48th and Park, I believe) that takes you directly to Grand Central Station via an underground walkway - great when the weather is bad.
