Thanks
Its 4 adults and we are there 6 nights so I'd rather not sleep on a sofa bed for that long for that price....I am on holidays after all
Not convinced we want the mirage either...since its 4 adults we want a roomier place, that's why the Venetian is nice but we are also paying in CDN so when we go over budget a bit then add on the $40 per night resort fee...it's too much.
The least expensive one I see with that amenities list is $241 which is out of my price range
I really like the idea of the Venetian.
Id love to be able to book via HOTWIRE so I can search with 4 adults OR book with PRICELINE EXPRESS and have the option to pick a bed type.
Yes there is!
We NEED 2 beds and it doesn't give us the option to pick that.
there is a 4.5* that allows me the option to pick beds....thoughts?
$106
Hi There
Some hotels I've been looking at are the:
Venetian or Palazzo
Caesars
Wynn
Bellagio
But if other options open up that are mid strip I'd consider them for sure.
a casino on site is not mandatory
my max would be the $120 mark since all hotels in LV will be tacking on another $35 per night.
Flights are booked!
I will say that I'm looking for a place that has an amazing pool since we will be there during the summer and that is mid strip so walking from place to place in the heat isn't far.
Sorry, I've updated my old post
Never ended up travelling to Chicago after all.
Updated amenities list:
Free parking, Free Internet, Spa services, Resort, Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Kitchenette
Aug 10-16, 2016
Las Vegas
5* North Strip Area Resort
Free internet
Free parking
Fitness center
pet friendly
pool(s)
resort
restaurant
smoke free rooms
spa services
$91 per night
thank you!
Thanks...that hotel is a little farther than I hoped.
I'll take my chances on a different spot using Rate Drop, I have the time to wait things out.
Dates:August 4-7
Rate: $143 CDN
Amenities
Free Internet
Pet friendly
Boutique hotel
Smoke-free rooms
Fitness center
Restaurant(s)
Business center
FYI I found out about this hotel using Rate.Drop....what a great site!!!
It is one of the nicer hotels in Saskatoon and compared to local rates I don't think it's too bad of a deal.
Hopefully you'll have a good stay!
Thanks for your help
I booked directly as we have 5 people in one room and wanted to be guaranteed 2 beds
Found Accent Inns $85/night CDN (with a senior rate) and its rated 5th out of 25 hotels on trip advisor for that area
Hi there
My travel date is Feb 15 2011 - 1 night - 2 rooms - 4 adults in each room
I'm looking at 3 places
1. 3.5 * - $95 - 3.5/5 trip advisor (shuttle,fitness,pool,rest,business,internet)
2. 2 * - $49 - 3.5/5 trip advisor (shuttle,pool,rest)
3. 2.5 * - $76 - 3/5 Trip advisor (shuttle, pool, non smoking, internet)
If you would like all 3 of these places on different threads just let me know
Also has anyone ever signed up for the lower rate email notifier on hotwire - if so, does it work???
Roothey
Ok I didn't get that you could only do one transaction per day.....which now I understand why you change the areas and star ratings. It was a good learning process and I thank you for your help
I bid
resort - rancho mirage area - $60 and was declined then a friend tried at $70 and was accepted
I got the Westin Mission Hills Palm Springs
There is a 25.00 resort fee which isn't bad b/c even a 1 * motel in that area is around $100 /night(posted price)
So I'm happy. I will try it again if I need to and I used this PRICELINE link!
yes (I think that the only 3* or better in indio is the fantasy casino)
yes I would rather try for a best priced 3* or better than a resort
Hi
Thanks for your response
We are looking for the palm desert/indio area which those hotels are in that have previously won.
3* or resort doesn't matter. (I have noticed though that some have nightly extra resort fees) My max bid would be $120 per night. I was hoping to start at $70 as most winners get it for around that price. I will for sure start from here if/when I feel confident enough to "name my own price"

Hi
I'm typically a hotwire user but I would like to try Priceline
I'm looking for Mar 3-7 2010.
I have recently seen 3+* or resort hotels won as JW Marriott Desert Palms, Renaissance Esmeralda, Indian Wells Resort & Hyatt Grand Champions won on the forum.
Anyone have any tips for a first time user to get one of these 4 hotels???
Thanks
I checked out Orbitz they had a 48 hr sale on the Amalfi.
I got it for (depending on the days) 137-174 per night.
Thanks again for all of your help!
I see for 226 NMA - gold Coast 4*
Sept 24-29

I think the Venetian is out of our reach.
Has The Platinum ever been a winning bid?
