No, the date is not firm. I have not booked my airfare yet, but this is my planned date right now (waiting for confirmation from work). I have checked hotwire a few times in the past week, and this property keeps showing up at this rate, but most hotels in the area are going at over 2x this amount through transparent channels (XPEDIA, Orbitz, etc). I know that the 3 stars are tricky, so I wasn't sure if anyone had any ideas (I didn't see anything with these amenities listed anywhere). I can repost once my work confirms the dates if that is your preference - I don't want to waste anyone's time...

This board runs much smoother and 'cleaner' when users follow-up their posts with what was ultimately done (even if a reservation was made outside of Priceline, Hotwire, etc... or even just 'cancelled'). It at least lets future users know if the original poster had success, gave up, booked elsewhere, etc.

Trying to figure out what this 3star in the Wht House/Cap Hill area is:

I might need to book a room for a one night stop on our way to WDW Thanksgiving weekend, and this came up on hotwire:

5* Downtown New Orleans French Quarter and Downtown

Selected amenities include: Boutique Hotel, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Business Center, Spa Services. Rate is $164

Any ideas on what this could be? Le Pavillon, Monaco, etc all coming up at 4.5* on Vacation product, but no 5* coming up.

4.5* Le Pavillon (should be in Downtown Zone)

Thanks for the response. I have never been to Boston, so it hard to figure what hotels fall into some of the Zones. Is another possibility NINE ZERO? I know they are part of Destination Hotels, but not sure if they are in the right zone, or qualify as a five star (although that is a relative term sometimes on hotwire).
