4* Napa (Sonoma) Lodge at Sonoma $150 4/4-4/6 First bid and it was accepted. I did not see any 4* Sonoma wins in a long time and wanted this hotel so started high. Was surprised to get it. $339 regular rate. Very happy. Clicked on the Priceline box to start it.

Yes you are correct. It may be a mile further out, but the $300 savings should cover the short cab ride. LOL

Got it on first try. Was bidding up to $220 in 4* Boston and no luck. Mainly $450/night so am very happy with this. Used the PRICELINE link

we were in Paris and need a room for 2 more nights. Was looking for the Hilton at La Defense and used this as an alternative. Got the Pullman Rive Gauche. Was disappointed at first because we wanted to be closer to Eiffel Tower, but acutally it turned out to be a nice hotel, newer room and large like and American room. Metro was 5 mins away and all of Paris can be reached from there. Glad we got it...

did the person get the hotel for 140 or 180? The title says 140 but the body says 180

I'm looking at the same thing for June and saw a 4* Hollywood Beach. HOTWIRE says that the Crowne Plaza chain is 3.5* but maybe each one is different. It doesn't give a tripadvisor rating but it does say at least 80 reviews and the Crowne Plaza has like 95 reviews so maybe that is correct...

Got it on Hotwire for $54 per night. Great place to stay. Very nice room with granite countertops, marble in bathroom and two tvs. Would stay again in a heart beat. Only 5 mins from our party.
