Try to get the Radisson on their Best Rate Guarantee. $280.80 on Expedia. $432 at Radisson.com. It's a prepay so call ahead and see if you can get it verified. That'll drop the rate quite a bit (25%) if can't land something on Priceline.

Only needed two nights on the front or back end of a five-night award stay at the Westin. I was bidding for 12/9-12/11 and 12/14-12/16. Started at $70 and went up in five dollar increments over the period of two days (alertating cc #'s and email addresses). On the ninth try I went up to $110 and dropped down to a 4-star level and finally landed the Westin for 12/9-12/11 at $110/night. They asked if I wanted to extend the stay, which I do not, but I'm guessing that's a tell-tale sign that the Westin is the hotel they are featuring. Thanks to past posters! Westin Aruba Resort J.E. 2/27-3/6. The grand total is $877 with taxes and fees. The hotel has mixed reviews but all things considered - no worries. I tried the Resort level up to $150 using all re-bids in Fort Lauderdale and started the 3-star bidding at $90 and landed this on the third try. I was hoping for a Sheraton but this will do. I still save $327 over the Entertainment rate at the Sheraton Clipper and this facility is right next door. Of note - if you have an Entertainment Card call the Sheraton Yankee Clipper or Trader, the rates start at $155.

I know, the price is unreal. According to Fodor's, April 14 (post easter, post school vacations, post winter) is the end of the high season there. Kids are also still in school everywhere (a least in the USA anyway). I'm sure there is some correlation between it all. But for the price to be that low is just crazy.

New to the board...bid this back in November. However I have stayed at this hotel once a year for the last few years bidding $60/night from Sunday-Thursday or Friday in May, September and December. Great deal.

I won this on my first bid. $60/night for 8 nights. No idea why this is so cheap but it is fantastic. I hope others can take advantage of this rate.
