I saw a 5* hotel on hotwire for $171, so I bid 5* Strip starting at $130 and got it on the second try. Nice deal considering Motel 6 is $87 for two people.

Sorry for not including intiallly. Date is for 1/2-1/3 2004. Yes, this is a three-star property, and I was upgraded by priceline at the $60 level.

Bid $40, $50 and $60 and went down to the 2* level. Lowest website price $109 on Sheraton's website.

Bid MDW/Oak Lawn and Alsip zone for 2* @ $25, $30 and finally $33. Lowest hotel rate $99 on website.
