And, indeed, it is the Chase Park Plaza.
Thanks for the help.

My ideas:
Best guess is that it's the Chase Park Plaza. Same price, similar amenities. The CPP is 4.5* on Hotwire, but 4* on better bidding.
Maybe it is the Ritz, but the Ritz is going for $379 and I'm not sure it's considered boutique.
The Cheshire, which is going for $249. But the Cheshire is listed in Hotwire as 4*, not 4.5*
I should add that the Tripadvisor reviews for the Chase Park Plaza are pretty poor. Not clear that this really should be a 4.5* hotel.

Regular rate was $237, so I saved $120. Figured it had to be either the Brown or 21c and I'd be happy with either.
This worked!
Thanks a lot. The hotel was indeed the O'Hare Hilton. I'm very pleased.
So, for the record, it was Property #1 above, $87 for the evening of January 8.
Strangely, Hotwire now says that this room is $143 on other sites. I couldn't find it for less than $229.
Unfortunately, that property is no longer listed. Rats. I shouldn't have waited. :) Hopefully it will come back sometime before I need to travel.
Hi everyone,
I'd like to stay at the O'Hare Hilton the evening before a very early flight. The hotels.com price for this hotel for Tuesday, January 8th, is $229. Hotwire lists two 4* properties in O'Hare North. I think the first one might be the Hilton, but I'd love any feedback others have. I've highlighted the items that differ between the two hotels. The reason that I think property #1 might be the Airport Hilton is because it doesn't list handicap parking. Indeed, the hotel's own website does not indicate that it has handicap parking. As far as I can tell, there aren't any 4* hotels listed on other sites that don't have handicap parking; but there are some 3.5* hotels listed on Expedia. It's always possible that one of these is 4* on Hotwire.

Check in Thursday, 9/22, for one night.
I just paid $57 for a room at the Holiday Inn in Urbana, IL on Priceline.
I originally bid $40 on a 3 star hotel. This wasn't accepted, but I was asked to raised my bid by at least $17 and resubmit it. I did that and the $57 bid was accepted. This is about $50 less than the lowest advertised price on the hotel's website. It is $13 less than the government rate at the hotel.
Just bought a night at the Milwaukee Intercontinental for $86 on Priceline.
I started my bid at $69. It wasn't accepted but I was asked if I wanted to raise my bid by $17 and resubmit. I accepted this offer and, poof, I got the Intercontinental.
There is currently a 4* on Hotwire in Downtown Milwaukee going for $139/night, that I presume is the Intercontinental. Priceline offers the Intercontinental for direct booking at $160/night. So $86 is a good deal.
I had been trying to book a room for a few days and had my sights set on the 3.5* Hilton, which is a very nice hotel. But I couldn't get any bites in the $60-$70 range. So I had presumed I'd pay $80 or so for it. Before bidding, I decided to try the 4* tier and am happy with this outcome.
I just purchased a room at the Conrad for $99 in early January. The description of the hotel that was shown on Hotwire is below.

$264/night. Taxes/fees brought it up to $339.
Prices are fairly high because it's Memorial Day Weekend. I suspected this hotel because of the spa services.
