  1. I recall getting the hotel for about $37 dollars late in 2005. The hotel itself is fairly new and not too bad at all. Small kitchenette with a bag of popcorn. Clean, lots of tv channels.

The problem is that they do not have a hotel van and they are listed as a Dulles hotel. They recommended taking a neighboring hotels van and walking. I did this which the neighboring hotel didn't approve of, and then had to walk under an underpass at night and it started to rain. Pure misery. The cab back was $15 the next am.

  2. The "Best Price Guarantee" applies to the rate for room nights only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc. are not eligible.

So the cheapest rate (for the Spa, Food, Play)wasn't eligible for a refund, but I did get $11.49 (which included some taxes) back after an easy five minute phone call to 1800 PRICELINE. The rate difference was only $1.05 from what I paid, but she said it would have been 53 something with tax. I didn't argue.

Thanks for the tip. Love the site!
