We did a combination on Priceline for airline and SUV Rental. I was really pleased with the total price of $1150 for four roundtrip tickets between Kansas City and Charlotte and an SUV rental for 11 days. Four tickets roundtrip to Charlotte from MCI (Kansas City International). So total cost per person was $287! I was hoping to get the package out of Omaha, but the prices were much better from MCI nearly $150 a person less including the auto rental. So we will drive an extra 150 miles to the airport! I tried name your own price but, they kept countering at $202 per person flight, and then $25 a day for the SUV. So I took it.

Had bid $35 72 hours before, hit at $38 for the Country Inn and Suites Owatonna for June 4, 2005 one night, one room. On the first bid, I had a counteroffer of $11 more but declined and waited the 72 hours to bid again.:)

Bid up to $27 with $10 bonus with rejections, tried 72 hours later at $28 and hit.

Bid one time at $20 plus a $10 bonus from Priceline and got the Baymont Inn and Suites for a wedding next June.

This was a same day bid and had only two bids, since the other two areas of Rochester were not available according to Priceline? Not sure why, but said that some areas aren't available for same day bids.....hmmm First bid $40 for a 3*, then I realized I didn't have any rebids, so upped the second bid to $55 for a 2* and got the Holiday Inn Mayo Clinic at 220 Broadway. Total for two rooms for one night was $130.

Received bid after attempts with free rebidding at $25, $32, $34 respectively.
