I used the BB PRICELINE link and started bidding at $42 for Laguna Hills. First offer rejected, but received a second chance notice to bid $57. I passed and added Laguna Beach zone. After a little digging, the smoke free policy amenity helped, it looks like the Island Hotel Newport Beach.

Anyone figure this one out yet? Does the original poster have the amenities?
