  1. Hello, Can anyone help identify the following 4 star hotel in Downtown Central Sarasota. December 16-20 $89/night has five amenities: fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, and internet Could it be the Hyatt? thanks for your help
  2. Recently won the townplace suites (marriott) in Broomfield. The icons were: suite, smoke free, internet, business center, laundry, pool, fitness, golf nearby. It was also tagged as a customer favorite. In addition, when I clicked on continue, it also listed a kitchenette. We had a studio suite--clean, no frills. The staff are very friendly. It was a fabulous deal. Sorry, we forgot to use your link. We have benefitted from the postings of others so we wanted to report our win to benefit others.
  3. Just got Belamar Boutique Hotel for March 2 for $79. The icons were Boutique, Internet, Fitness, Shuttle, Airport Shuttle. When I clicked on hotel details it showed that it had a "4 circle" rating from trip advisor, which was a nice clue. Before paying, I looked at trip advisor to check the ratings. The ratings matched, and when combined with the icons identified by a previous poster (thanks), I was virtually certain it was going to be the Belamar. I bid through the Better Bidding link.
  4. Could you please help identify a 3 1/2 * in Manhattan Beach/Redondo Beach. Icons are: Near Beach, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, and Internet. We looked for March 2 and the price was $109. I thought it would be the Belamar, but I thought that Had a Boutique Icon. Thank you
  5. We started at $55 and used roughly $5 increments in rebids (many LA zones don't have 4* hotels) before our $80 bid was accepted. We arrived late and left early so we didn't "explore" the hotel. It's close to the airport, but there wasn't much noise. On first impression, it seems a bit overrated as a 4*, but certainly better than a 3*.
  6. Correction to the Amenities for the Pelican Grand in Fort Lauderdale Resort Beachfront Pool Restaurant Internet
  7. We won the Pelican beach resort for March 4-March 8 for $159/night. The amenity icons were: resort on beach restaurant business center internet access We were very pleased with it.
  8. Thanks, I was thinking (concerned) it may be the Hilton Naples. If it is, it seems like a stretch for Hotwire to use the waterfront icon and I can book it on line with Hilton for only about $10/day more. So, at the moment, we're not planning to use hotwire. I was hoping it may be the Naples Grande (formerly the registry). Does anyone know if they participate in Hotwire? thanks again.
  9. I entered 12/22 thru 12/25 and the price was $132/night. Hotwire clearly says Naples and adds at the bottom that there are no hotels in Marco Island available. So, given that, I presume it wouldn't be the HIlton on Marco, even though (as previously stated in an email) Hotwire lists the Hilton when I enter "hotel plus car". Any guesses? Thanks
  10. :) I did a little more "research" by combining hotels and cars. When I do, the Hilton Marco island appears with the same amenities as the 4* naples. However, the hotel alone listing says that there are no hotels in Marco Island. Could the 4* Naples hotel actually be on Marco Island? That is, Does anyone know if HOTWIRE could list a Marco Island Hotel as a Naples Hotel? Can anyone help? Thank you very much.
  11. Does anyone know which hotel this may be? 4* near beach fitness pool restaurant business center internet tennis thanks
